In Mid-December, Our boss guided all of HIGH HOOD R&d staff and engineers to study in the factory. We spent three days of this study.
On 17 th Dec, We observed and learn from each group in the workshop to study the latest product structure, production process and assembly . We do it on the production line with workers and study products.
The second day we followed with boss to review the machine process and how to update and improve product functions to maximize efficiency, learn different connector with different advantages and and different connector materials and processing methods. Also, the important is quality control, every ready made connector of our HIGH WOOD will pass three strict quality control steps, coming material inspection-testing during production-ready made inspecting. So we are very confident of our products, because we are very professional and strong team.
The last day we had a meeting with all R&D, design and sales teams, the meeting aimed at provide best products and service, help customer to solve more problems when real applications.
The whole meeting was focused on the latest connector market dynamics and customer needs, which is very helpful for our future development.
